Jill Bolte Taylor’s personal stroke story

This is the story of Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor’s journey into what she calls “lala land” and her discovery of “the we inside of me.”
In December of 1996, a left temporal lobe hemorrhage turned off the left half of Dr. Taylor’s brain and started her on a journey of rehabilitation and personal discovery. This 18 minute video will provide a perfect contrast into the two different personalities inside our heads.
I found this entire presentation entertaining and educational, but what was most enlightening was how her communication style changed as she moved from talking about the right side of the brain to the left.
